INSTRUCTIONS Customize your scrub with embroidered logos. Please send us the image link for the logo.

Width: 10-12 inches. Height: 2 inches.
Select thread color. Default color is the same as the name thread color.
INSTRUCTIONS You may choose a different size for the top or pants, but please note: we can only resize down by one (1) size, resizing up is not allowed.
To ensure your order is processed correctly:
- Select the larger size as your main order.
- Indicate the smaller size you’d like in the Mixed Size field above.
Adding a smaller size directly to your cart may result in your order not being processed.
